I have so many shoots to share with you as I’m quite behind in blogging, but I’m glad to finally share someone awesome images from shoot I’ve done in the last 6 months.
Starting with this pin-up photo shoot from February with three lovely ladies - Charlotte, Bee and Rachel. Charlotte contacted me as the three of them were planning a mini meet-up and wanted to do a shoot in all their vintage glory to remember their day. We met in Notting Hill, an ideal place to take photos with all it’s colourful houses and picturesque streets, especially if you you’re wanting to show off your vibrant pin-up dresses.
Charlotte wore a dress she made herself after a dress that Ginger Rogers wore back in the day. Also fitting for a shoot happening around Valentine’s Day with the embroiled heart as a lovely detail. If you want to find out more about the dress feel free to visit her blog.
I've been meaning to blog about this pin-up shoot for ages, but I've been busy shooting and moving houses.
I had the pleasure photographing Sarah aka Scarlettluxe back in May. We spent a good 2 hours walking around Whitehall and St. James Park. Sarah is a pin-up blogger and model and has been into the vintage lifestyle for years.
So without further ado here is Part I of my blogger shoot with Scarlettluxe.
I love working with Ella and I'm sure you can see why it's always such a pleasure to shoot her. This time the location of our photo shoot was outside Hampton Court Palace, right next to the river. We got really lucky as it was one of those rare nice and sunny days at the end of March.
Ella's outfits are both from MISS NOUVELLE.
I love working with Ella and I'm sure you can see why it's always a pleasure to shoot her. This time the location of our photo shoot was the beautiful and breathtaking Hampstead Pergola and Garden. We've been meaning to shoot here since last year and finally the time was right and we were lucky to get some great weather.
Hampstead Pergola is a wonderful example of faded grandeur and is undeniably one of London’s hidden treasures. It is essentially a raised walkway, overgrown with vines and exotic flowers, and is set amidst some wonderfully dramatic gardens.
